  • •Partial refunds may be considered in case of service cancellation before work begins.
  • •Any disputes regarding payments should be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Complementary Support

We provide complimentary support for a limited period after project completion, varying by service:

  • Web Development Service:
    • ○Free bug fixes and minor updates for 30 days post-launch.
    • ○Assistance with security patches and minor content updates.
    • ○Troubleshooting functionality issues within the provided timeframe.
  • Digital Design Service:
    • ○Minor revisions and tweaks for 7 days post-delivery.
    • ○Assistance with file formats and design elements.
    • ○Guidance on design implementation and usage.
  • Brand Management:
    • ○Advisory support for 14 days post-campaign.
    • ○Assistance with minor adjustments to branding elements.
    • ○Consultation on extending branding strategies based on initial implementation.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • ○Performance analysis for 7 days after the campaign.
    • ○Minor tweaks to ad creatives and captions based on initial performance.
    • ○Assistance in setting up automation tools or scheduling platforms.
  • Advertisement Campaigns Service:
    • ○Monitoring and minor adjustments for 7 days after ad deployment.
    • ○Basic campaign performance reports and insights.
    • ○Recommendations for future campaign optimization.
  • Video Ads Creation:
    • ○One round of minor edits within 10 days post-delivery.
    • ○Format adjustments for different platforms.
    • ○Basic guidance on best practices for video distribution and engagement.
  • This support does not include major modifications, redesigns, or third-party integrations.
  • Additional support beyond the complimentary period will be chargeable at standard rates.

6. Intellectual Property

  • •Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables.
  • •AKC Web Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
  • •Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without prior consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • •Clients must provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals promptly.
  • •Any delays in providing materials may impact project timelines.
  • •Unauthorized modifications made to the contract by the client may void any support or warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • •AKC Web Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of digital assets.

9. Termination

  • •We reserve the right to terminate services in case of non-compliance with these terms.
  • •Clients may terminate services with prior written notice, subject to applicable fees or non-refundable payments.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
